Patient Care Coordinator
Duties:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:

Coordinating the scheduling of patients.

Coordinating Company Client Management which includes Company Pro Forma Documents, Invoicing and Communication with clients in regards to timely form completion and submissions.

Patient File System Management.
-
Coordinating Patient Communication via WhatsApp.
-
Coordinating Phone Calls and New Patient Appointments.
-
Coordinate with Marketing Providers.
-
Coordinate internal communication on WhatsApp.
-
Welcoming patients.
-
Managing Patient Appointment Logs.
-
Coordinating Patient appointments alongside Medical Staff.
-
Support our Patient Care Team in any other related duties.

Requirements:
-
Must possess 5 CXC O levels.
-
Certification in Business Administration is an asset.
-
Must be personable.
-
Must be 25yrs and over.
-
Experience in Customer Service is an asset.
-
Attention to detail and organization is an asset.

Schedule:
-
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
-
Salary: $5000 plus travel allowance after completing a probation period.​​​
