COVID-19 Protocol Announcement

Enhance Rehab Services Ltd, is going above and beyond the industry standard, to ensure your continued safety during this time.

 

In accordance with the guidelines set out by our local Ministry of Health, the World Health Organisation and World Confederation for Physical Therapy, Enhance Rehab Services has developed rigorous protocols and procedures to manage COVID-19 , and to maintain the safest possible environments for our valued patients.

 

 

PROTOCOLS

BOOKING

• To minimize physical interaction, sessions will be limited to only two persons at a time. Please note there may be a 5-minute delay to ensure the place is properly sanitized for the next patient.

• As we work to facilitate in office and virtual therapy sessions at this time  for person’s comfort and safety regarding physical interaction; all bookings will be facilitated by our administrative staff. Please contact us at +1 (868) 493-4440​​​

• Prior to your appointment, you are expected to fill out a self-health check update form, this will allow us to determine your health and contact status to ensure you are fit to carry out an office session on that day.

​

• If you are/do know you will be carrying out other outings on the day of your appointment, we do ask that you make your Physiotherapy appointment your first stop for the day to minimize any risk of cross contamination. 

 

 

 

ON ARRIVAL

• On arrival for your appointment, do not come out of the car.  Please call to notify us of your arrival and remain in your car until you are notified to enter. This is to ensure interaction with other patients who would leaving from their appointment before yours.

• To enter, please ensure that you are wearing your mask that covers your nose, mouth and chin.

​

• You will be required to have your temperature taken on entry and will be required to head to the washroom, to wash your hands before beginning your session.

​

• Physical distancing will still be recognised throughout the session whether it is an evaluation session or a general session.

​

• To ensure your safety, your therapist will also be clothed in Personal Protective Equipment and will adhere to strict hygiene practices such as washing hands before, during and after each session.
